Trinity vehicle management is a licensed credit broker trading from business premises. We specialise in Vehicle Leasing. Whilst we endeavor to keep our offers as up to date as possible, due to the changing mark
et we cannot always guarantee the accuracy of, and validity of all deals shown. Note that pictures displayed are for illustration only. These may not accurately reflect the exact model described. Please request a written quotation or speak to one of our representatives to ensure that the deal of interest is still available. Please note that our offers are constantly changing. Always obtain a written quotation before proceeding with an application.
Processs
Placing an orderOnce we have issued a written quotation, should you then decide to proceed and apply for a deal, please request a finance proposal, this should be completed and signed by yourself or (in the event of Business applications) a Company representative, then returned to Trinity Vehicle Management. Your proposal will be submitted to one of our funders who will credit score your application. On approval of your application, we will agree the offer and obtain a verbal acceptance and a deposit from yourselves (please observe deposit Conditions). This will authorize Trinity Vehicle Management to secure a vehicle on your behalf. We will then issue an order confirmation which will arrive with you within 1 week of your acceptance. This should be checked, signed and returned to Trinity Vehicle Management. Please advise us should your confirmation not be received within the time specified. We will then action a next day special delivery.
Finance application process
Trinity vehicle management use various finance agencies for the purpose of underwriting, Quotations are subject to status an indemnity may be required. All applicants must be over 18 years of age. If in providing a quotation we have made any assumptions that are incorrect or incomplete, please let us know and we will prepare a further quotation. Quotations provided do not constitute an offer by Trinity Vehicle Management capable of acceptance by you, and a proposal by you based on the quotation provided will be subject to acceptance by the Finance Company nominated by Trinity Vehicle Management. Should your application be declined by our funder, then we will provide a contact for you to write to (at the credit Reference Agency) should you require clarification concerning the decision.
Additional Fees
In some cases (Not all) the special deals illustrated may be subject to our Trinity Vehicle Management fee of
£195 Plus VAT. Deals where this is applicable will be confirmed by one of our representatives and specified if applicable within our written quotation.
Finance Documentation
Finance documentation will be issued to yourselves before the expected delivery. These should be completed and returned along with Initial Advance payments (outlined within quotation issued) and any supporting documentation requested. Vehicles cannot be delivered until we have received checked and validated the Finance agreement.
Deposits
Placing a deposit with Trinity Vehicle Management authorizes us to secure the vehicle specified. Vehicles up to a value of
£20000 will require a £350 deposit. For vehicles with a value of over £20000 a larger deposit may be required. Please note that deposits are refundable once your car has been delivered. The refund is actioned on receipt of a signed delivery note from either yourself or the supplying dealer. This confirms that you have taken delivery of your new vehicle and concludes the arrangement.
Cancellations
Please note, should a vehicle be cancelled, and then you will forfeit your deposit and incur a penalty of x3 equivalent Monthly Payments. Should a vehicle be delayed more than 28 days over the specified anticipated delivery, then a full deposit refund will be authorized if required. by yourself.
Anticipated Delivery Dates
Trinity Vehicle Management has excellent existing relationships with supplying dealers within the UK. The Lead/anticipated delivery times provided are a forecast based on manufacturers guidelines. Please allow for circumstances beyond our Control i.e. Factory strikes, Manufacturers and Dealer delays. Delays are more likely at peak Periods, i.e., March and September Plate changes. Whilst we demand the highest level of service from our suppliers, events do sometimes mean the delay of vehicles.
